Tips for your 2015 Health Goals

If history is of any indication, 2015 will also be a quick one and in a year from now (in 2016), we will be having the same conversation wondering what happened to 2015!

This is the time of the year when most people set resolutions or goals for the year ahead.  If you anything like most people I’ve talked about this over the years, your not too sure how to do it effectively, and without failing by mid January!

Whether your goal is ‘getting more energy’, ‘losing weight’, or simply ‘getting fit’… by following these 3 simple steps, I can guarantee that you will create a ‘healthier’ you in 2015.

1.  Be clear and specific on what you want to achieve AND WRITE IT DOWN!!! (e.g. “I want to lose 10kg” vs., “I want to lose weight”).
2.  What resources do you need to help you achieve this goal? (e.g. do you need a suggestion of a book? Do you need a health coach? Do you need specific steps to reach this goal?)
3.  Act and implement.  Begin immediately… and I mean right now, and start doing whatever you need to do to move you closer to your desired health goal for 2015.  (…And repeat daily!)
